On June 3, 2016, at approximately 5:25 a.m., Dallas Police responded to a shooting call in the 2500 Hillburn Drive. Upon arrival, officers observed the victim, Cinlarra Trotter, a 21-year-old Black female, shot. Ms. Trotter was transported to a local hospital, where she died from the gunshot wound. The arrestee, James Langford, a 24-year-old Black male, was present when the officers arrived and was brought to Dallas Police headquarters to be interviewed.  Arrestee Langford was charged with Manslaughter, a second degree felony, and is currently in the Dallas County Jail on $100,00.00 bond.
