Update: Mr. Lozano has been located and is safe.

The Dallas Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Mr. Jesse Jamie Lozano.  On Thursday, June 09, 2016, at approximately 9:30 a.m., Mr. Lozano left the 3300 block of Munger Avenue in an known direction, on foot.  Mr. Lozano is an 83-year-old Latin male standing 5’09 and weighing 140 pounds; he has brown eyes and gray hair. He was last seen wearing a dark green t-shirt and beige cargo pants with black suspenders; he has a tattoo on his left arm and he wears a long beard, with shoulder length hair.  Mr. Lozano has major health issues.
