On June 13, 2016, at about 10:27 a.m., an attempted abduction occurred at 7300 Military Parkway. A 19 year old female was walking westbound along the roadway when a small red sedan pulled alongside her and stopped. A Hispanic male suspect, wearing his shirt pulled up over his face, stepped from the passenger seat of the suspect vehicle and wrapped his arms around the victim’s torso. The driver of suspect vehicle, also a Hispanic male, held the passenger door open while the first suspect dragged the victim toward the open car door and attempted to shove her into the vehicle. The victim fought off her attacker by punching him and scratching his face. When the victim scratched the face of her attacker she pulled his shirt down revealing his face.
The attacker retreated to the passenger side of the suspect vehicle and the pair drove off. As the suspects sped off the victim observed that the suspect vehicle license plate was covered with a black T-shirt.
The first suspect, the attacker, is described as a Hispanic male, 30-45 years old, 5’ 6” in height, weighing 180 pounds, wearing black shorts, and a black T-shirt. This suspect has short black hair and a mustache. This suspect suffered fingernail scratches to his face.
The second suspect, the driver, is described as a Hispanic male.
The suspect vehicle is described as an older red sedan with a spoiler on the trunk.
