INDECENT EXPOSURE SUSPECT SOUGHT

On June 21, 2016, the victim said a Black male suspect, 5’11” tall, 190 pounds with a medium complexion wearing a lime green jacket, exposed his genitals to her in the 7300 block of Chesterfield Drive. Witnesses observed the suspect masturbating in front of the victim. According to the victim and witness, the suspect has been frequenting the area for several days wearing a lime green jacket. The victim was able to provide the detective with a video of the suspect from a previous offense that was not reported. This suspect is believed to be the same suspect involved in multiple other Indecent Exposure offenses.

On May 19, 2016, at approximately 10:00 a.m., an adult female victim was walking in the parking lot of the Cielo Ranch Apartments, 3829 Gannon Lane,  when she noticed the unknown suspect walking toward her at a fast pace.  The victim ran across Gannon Lane to the Hickory Ranch Apartments to avoid the suspect.  The suspect then suddenly appeared out of a breezeway with his genitals exposed as he watched the victim.  The victim screamed and flagged down passersby for help.  Dallas Police were called and did a search of the area but could not locate the suspect.

The suspect is described as a black male, 40 to 49 years of age, 6’00” tall and weighing 240 pounds, with a mustache and beard with some gray in it.  He was last seen wearing a black shirt and hoodie, gray shorts, and gray socks.

On May 28, 2016 at approximately 12:30 p.m., an adult female victim was walking to the store from the Brandon Mills Apartments located at 8081 Marvin D. Love Freeway and Gannon Lane.  The victim was followed on foot by the unknown suspect, who exposed his genitals to her. 

The suspect is described as a black male, 27 to 35 years of age, 6’00” tall and weighing 160 pounds.  He was last seen wearing a black jacket with green sleeves and appeared to carry a cellphone with a green case on it. 

Both of these offenses occurred in close proximity to one another.  It is unknown if the same suspect is involved.  Citizens should be alert to their surroundings and call 911 if they notice any suspicious activity.
