On June 19, 2016, at 10:20 p.m., the victim was in the laundry room near the pool area of the Holiday Hills Apartments located at 811 N. Plymouth Road,  when he noticed another male hanging out in the laundry room. When the victim returned a short time later to gather his laundry, he noticed the same male leaning against the wall exposing his genitals and masturbating. The suspect made a sexual comment toward the victim.

The suspect was described as a Hispanic male, early 20’s about 5’10” and 185 pounds, short black hair, wearing a black shirt and blue jean shorts.
