The Dallas Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating Mr. James Charles Spencer. He was last seen walking in the 8100 block of N. Stemmons Freeway. He is considered to be a danger to himself on June 24, at around 3:30pm. 

Anyone with information is asked to call the 9-1-1 or the Dallas Police Department Missing Persons Unit at 214) 671-4268.
