The Dallas Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Mr. Kendrick McDow.  Mr. McDow is a 40-year-old Black male, standing 5’09,” weighing 150 lbs, and he has black hair and brown eyes. Mr. McDow has tattoos all over his neck and arms, and he was last seeing on Monday, July 4, 2016, at approximately 1:15 p.m., in the 5100 block of Mark Trail Way (Hampton Road/Highway 67).  He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt and gray and white shorts; he was driving a 2001 tan, 4-door Toyota Camry with a Texas license plate: FRC8575.  Mr. McDow has made threats to harm himself; he is a danger to himself and others.
