The Dallas Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Mr. Ricardo Rocha, an 85-year-old Latin male.  Mr. Rocha stands 5’10” tall, weighs 175 lbs, and has black hair and brown eyes.  He was last seen on Monday, July 11, 2016, at about 8:30 a.m., leaving the 4600 block of Chapel Hill Road.  He was driving a gray, 2011 4-door Mercedes E35, with Texas license plate CYP 8588.  Anyone with information regarding Mr. Rocha’s whereabouts is asked to call 9-1-1 or contact the Dallas Police Department at (214) 671-4268.
