The Dallas Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating Mr. Paul Siegel. Mr. Siegel was last seen July 10, 2016 at approximately 5:00 pm at the 12200 block of Ridgecove. Mr. Siegel is 83 years old and has been severely depressed for the past year.
