The Dallas Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating critical missing person Richard Garrett. Mr. Garrett was last seen on July 16, 2016 at about 12:00 p.m., when he left 2100 Stovall Drive, Dallas, Texas.  Mr.Garrett is a white male, 71 years old, weighs 135 lbs, 5’06” tall, with brown eyes.When last seen he had a long gray beard and long gray hair. He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, blue jeans, sneakers, and a camouflage colored baseball cap.
