The Dallas Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating critical missing person, Mr. Manfred Petsch. Mr. Petsch was last seen on August 6, 2016 at about 8:30 a.m. driving a navy blue Toyota Yaris with Texas license plate LL7934 in the 2900 block of Martin Luther King Boulevard. 

Mr. Petsch is described as an 81-year-old White male with gray hair and brown eyes. He is 5’11” tall and weighs 173 pounds. Mr. Petsch was last seen wearing a black and white shirt with black knit pants and black shoes.
