Javier Echeverria, L/M/22

On August 21, 2016, The Dallas Police Department’s Child Exploitation Squad and Internet Crimes Against Children Unit, with the assistance of the Balch Springs Police Department, arrested Echeverria, Javier, a 22-year-old Hispanic male, for Possession/Promotion of Child Pornography, F/3.  The case is reported on Dallas ICAC Case Number 16-0887.  The investigation is ongoing and the case number is pending. 

The arrest stemmed from a CyberTip received from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children involving the sexual exploitation of an infant child.  ICAC Detectives were able to determine the possible location of the origination of the child pornography.  A search warrant was executed at the Arrestee’s residence and the child victim was identified.

Arrestee Echeverria is currently being held in the Balch Springs Jail for Possession/Promotion of Child Pornography, F/3, bond is pending.
