Shooting at 4501 Columbia

The victim, Grant Pavlis, died as a result of his injuries.  A murder warrant has been issued for Gerardo Garduno, a Latin male, 32-years-old.  Garduno is currently at-large.

On August 24, 2016, at approximately 9:00 a.m., Dallas Police responded to a shooting at 4501 Columbia Ave.   Upon officers arrival, they discovered the victim, Grant Pevlis, a 37 year old White male suffering from a gunshot wound.  The victim was transported to an area hospital where he is being treated for his wounds.  Detectives interviewed multiple witnesses and determined through the course of their investigation that Gerardo Garduno, a Latin male, 31-years-old was responsible for shooting the victim.  Garduno was arrested for aggravated assault and placed in jail on a $25,000.00 bond.
