On September 1, 2016 at about 3:00 p.m., officers responded to a call in the 6400 block of E. Northwest Highway at the Target. The victim called for police after she noticed an unknown White male put his cell phone under her dressing room door with the cell phone camera pointed at her while she was undressed. The suspect is described as a young White male, 5’11 tall, 180 pounds with brown hair. The suspect fled the location toward Abrams Road in a newer model Ford Explorer SUV. Dallas Police detectives are working closely with Target management to gather more information in this case. This offense is documented on case number 210698-2016.
