On September 20, 2016 at about 1:36 a.m., officers responded to a disturbance call in the 1500 block of Argentia Drive. When officers arrived outside the victim’s apartment, the suspect began firing a gun at the responding officers. One officer fired back striking the suspect. The suspect was transported to the hospital with  non-life threatening injuries. No officers were injured during this incident. This offense is documented on case number 226497-2016.
