The Dallas Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating critical missing person, Mr. Sammy Shelton. Mr. Shelton was last seen on September 22, 2016 at approximately 12:30 p.m. in the 3300 block of S. Lancaster Road. Mr. Shelton is described as a 44-year-old Black male, 5’05” tall, weighing 170 pounds. He has black and gray hair and brown eyes. Mr. Shelton was last seen wearing a black thermal long sleeve shirt and dark colored Dickies pants. Mr. Shelton may appear to be confused if located.
