On September 17, 2016, at approximately 6:00 a.m., in the 2600 block of Elm Street the victim was sitting in his vehicle when four young Black males walked up to his vehicle.  Two of the males pulled the victim from his vehicle at knife-point and stole property from him. A witness observed the offense and intervened. Both the victim and the witness were attacked by the two suspects.  It is believed the suspects boarded a Dart train at the Good Latimer station a few minutes after the offense.
