The Dallas Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Jhovany Renteria Perez. Mr. Perez was last seen Saturday, November 19, 2016, in the 4800 block of Nuevo Laredo Court at approximately 1:15 p.m. He is a 24-year-old Latin male, standing 5’05” and weighing 108 pounds. He has black hair, brown eyes, and was last seen wearing a burgundy shirt and army fatigue pants. Mr. Perez suffers from numerous medical issues and has a diminished mental capacity.
