The Dallas Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating critical missing person, Siripanya Sisouvong. Mr. Sisouvong was last seen on November 24, 2016 at about 8:00 p.m. from 10500 Channel Drive. He could be a danger to himself and others.  

Mr. Sisouvong is described as a 40-year-old Asian male with brown hair and brown eyes. He is about 6’01” and weighs 190 pounds. He was last seen wearing a dark grey jacket.
