On Thursday, November 17, 2016, at about 11:00 p.m., the victim was assisting the suspect with a flat tire on his vehicle at the 7-Eleven located at 1010 Ross Avenue. The suspect then assaulted the victim, causing serious bodily injury, and fled the location.

The suspect is described as a Latin male, 5’ 8”, 175 pounds, and 20-30 years of age. The suspect was wearing a white t-shirt and dark colored shorts. The suspect fled in a newer model black Dodge Charger with stock rims. The front driver’s side tire of the suspect vehicle was flat. If you have any information regarding this offense, please contact
