UPDATE: Mr. Franline has been located safe.

The Dallas Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating critical missing person, Juan Audrey Frankline. Mr. Frankline was last seen on December 15, 2016 at around 6:00  p.m in the 2600 block of Bickers Street. 

Mr. Frankline is described as a 75-year-old Black male with white beard and mustache, with white hair and brown eyes. He is about 5’06” and weighs 160 pounds. He was last seen wearing a baggy green jacket, blue jeans, white/gray shoes, and a black knit caps.
