The Dallas Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating the above individual. 

 On January 1, 2017, at about 2:00 p.m., Mr. Howard was last seen on foot in the 3000 block of Dusty Oak Dr., Dallas, TX. Mr. Milford Howard is a 62 year old Black male, he is 6’01 standing, weighs 230 lbs., with brown hair and brown eyes.  He was last seen wearing a black leather hat, black sweatpants and a black sweatshirt. 

Mr. Howard may be a danger to himself or others  because he is a diabetic and hasn’t taken his insulin in four days.
