Update January 27, 2017, at 11:50 a.m.: Critical Missing Dwayne Edward Smith Jr. has been located and is safe.

On Tuesday, January 24, 2017 at approximately 7:00 p.m., the complainant Dwayne Edward Smith Jr was last seen in the 18000 block of Kelly Circle. The complainant is described as a Black male/31, 6’02” weighing 180 lbs with black hair and brown eyes. The complainant wears braids and has a soul patch on his chin. The complainant made a threat to harm himself and was last seen wearing blue shirt and blue jeans.
