One year ago on February 11, 2016, at about 8:15 PM, the victim, Justin Manning, Black male 28 was shot and killed by an unknown suspect at 710 Ann Arbor Dallas, Texas (Catfish Floyd). The victim was at the location ordering food, and was shot inside his vehicle while waiting for his order.  The unknown suspect in this offense is still at large, Homicide Detectives are asking for the public’s assistance with any information they may have regarding this offense.  If anyone has information regarding this murder, they should contact Detective E.
