Victim, Kevin Ferguson

On February 17, 2017, at approximately 2:31 p.m, Dallas Police responded to a shooting call at 7676 S. Westmoreland Road where victim Kevin Ferguson, a Black male 19-years-old was shot.  The victim was transported to Charlton Methodist Hospital where he died from his injuries.  Anyone with information regarding this offense is encouraged to contact Detective Duggan, #5931 at (214) 671-3642 or richard.duggan@dpd.ci.dallas.tx.us.  Please refer to report #38311-2017.
