Victim, Mondell Peterson

One year ago today, on March 1, 2016, Dallas Police officers responded to a shooting call at 4160 Wilshire Blvd at approximately 7:52 p.m.  When officers arrived at the scene they found the victim, Mondell Peterson, a 34 year old Black male, shot multiple times and lying in the street deceased.  There were several witnesses at the location that stated they heard the shots fired but didn’t see any suspects.  Several witnesses came to police headquarters and gave statements.  No other leads have materialized at this time.  If anyone has information regarding the murder of Mr. Perterson, please contact Detective Sayers at 214-283-4849 or via email scott.sayers@dpd.ci.dallas.tx.us.  Please refer to case number 050566-2016.
