Update March  21, 2017 at 12:23 A.M. :

As a result of the investigation, on March 20, 2017, Kevin Kidd, a Black male 18-years-old; Jermon Simmons, a Black male 24-years-old and Emmanuel Kilpatrick, a Black male 30-years-old were arrested for the shooting deaths of Irby Walton Sr. and Irby Walton Jr.   Kidd, Simmons and Kilpatrick were interviewed at Dallas police headquarters after being read their Miranda warning.  They each waived their rights and agreed to speak with detectives where they admitted their roles in the crime.  They have each been placed in jail for capital murder with a $500,000.00 bond. Patrol officers responded to a call on March 11,2017,at approximately 10:30 a.m. in the 3100 block of Simpson Stuart. Upon officers arrival they discovered two Black males deceased from gunshot wounds.
