Victim, Liza Marie Saenz

On Friday, March 10, 2017, at about 10:55 p.m. gunshots were reported at 220 Santa Fe along the bank of the Trinity River. Dallas Police Officers responded to the listed location and found the victim, Liza Marie Saenz, in the river shot.
