Update March 23, 2017, at 6:01 p.m.:  Robert Brian Biffle has been located and is safe.

The Dallas Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating critical missing person, Robert Brian Biffle. He was last seen on March 20, 2017 at about 1:00 p.m. in the 1400 block of Sterling Avenue. Mr. Biffle may be confused and has communication issues. 

He is described as a 53-year-old White male with brown hair and brown eyes. He is 5’7″ tall and weighs about 152 pounds. Mr. Biffle was last seen wearing gray pants, a red and white shirt, and a blue sweater.
