Thank You from K9 Yoll

The Dallas Police Department and K9 Yoll would like to thank everyone who reached out and showed their support after his injury over the weekend. Yoll is doing well and has a follow-up appointment with his vet tomorrow to determine if he can return back to work.

On April 1, 2017, at about 10:00 a.m., Dallas Police K9 Yoll #110 was injured while responding to a theft in progress call in the 7500 block of Scyene Road. K9 Yoll was assisting officers with a building search for a suspect when he suffered a fall through an elevator shaft. Miraculously, he only suffered minor scratches from the incident.

K9 Yoll is a 6-year-old German Shepherd. He works as a patrol-narcotics detector dog with Senior Corporal Millard.
