Update April 24, 2017, at 9:39 a.m. Critical Missing Person Patricia Oga-Eluwa has been located and is safe.

On April 22, 2017, at around 7:00 p.m., Patricia Oga-Eluwa Black female 48 years old was last seen walking in the 4000 block of Saint Christopher Lane, Dallas, Texas. Patricia is 5’6” weighs 140 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a tan shirt and khaki shorts. Ms. Oga-Eluwa suffers from paralysis in her right arm, epileptic seizures, and has been diagnosed with mental disabilities.
