On March 15, 2017 at approximately 10:26 a.m., the suspect was in the convenience store at 13205 Maham Road. He was asked by the victim, who is the manager of the store, to leave and not to return. The suspect went to the parking lot and waited for several minutes. When the victim was outside of the store, the suspect ran up from behind him and punched him in the head with his fist. The suspect then threw the victim to the ground. The victim suffered minor injuries. The suspect fled from the location on foot towards nearby apartments.

The suspect is a Latin male around 25 years of age.  He is approximately 5’05’ tall, weighs 165 lbs., and has black hair.
