On May 13, 2017, at approximately 2:38 p.m., Dallas Police responded to a shooting call at the 100 block of S. Jim Miller Road. Officers discovered Cedrick Spigner, B/M 28 year’s old suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. The victim was transported to an area hospital where he later died from his injuries.
