On May 13, 2017 at approximately 4:00 a.m., Dallas Police responded to a shooting call at 220 W. Overton Road. Officers discovered, Hakim Fahim, a 26 year old Black male deceased from a gunshot wound on the second floor breezeway of the apartment complex.
