Investigators Asking for Assistance Identifying Individuals



Investigators with the Dallas Police Department’s Crimes Against Persons Division are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the vehicle or either of the individuals in the photograph.

On May 18, 2017, at approximately 6:50 a.m., the pictured individuals were involved in a disturbance in front of the town homes at the 2100 block of Aspen Drive. During the disturbance, a gun was fired and the victim who was not involved in the disturbance was struck by a stray bullet. The victim was asleep inside a nearby residence at the location. The victim was treated at a local hospital and is in stable condition.

The individuals in the photograph are described as a Black male in his 20’s, wearing a black shirt, and blue jeans, and a Black female in her 20’s. The vehicle is believed to be a newer model silver Mercedes sedan with black rims. Anyone who recognizes these individuals or the vehicle is asked to contact Detective R. Lopez at (214) 671-3607.
