One year ago today, on May 19, 2016, at approximately 1:08 a.m., the victim, Joseph Darrin Paul was found deceased from gunshot wounds in the street at 1900 Elmwood Boulevard.  The Dallas Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in this murder investigation.
