On June 1, 2017, about 7:58 p.m., the Boost Mobile in the 3200 block of W. Illinois was robbed at gunpoint.  The suspect fired a shot at the employee working the store. The employee was not injured. The suspect took cash from the store and remains at large.

The suspect is described as a Black male, 20-25 years of age, 5’08”, 180 lbs, wearing a black jacket with US flag on left arm, black pants, black and white basketball shoes and a pink shower cap.
