One year ago, on Saturday, June 11, 2016 at approximately 4:49 a.m., the victim, Damien James was shot and killed in the 9600 block of Scyene Road by an unknown suspect.  His male companion, Joshua Enrico Matthews B/M/21 (AKA: Jay), left the location immediately after the shooting and has not been seen since. The murder offense is documented on case number 140938-2016.
