The Dallas Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Mr. James Ezell Williams. Mr. Williams is a 45-year-old Black male, standing 6’0,” weighing 200 lbs, with black hair and brown eyes.
Critical Missing Person James E. Williams
July 6, 2017, at about 3 a.m., Mr. Williams left his residence in the 2700 block of Valentine Street. He was last seen wearing a dark green shirt, multicolored green pants, and white tennis shoes. He takes medicine for Dementia and may be disoriented.
