The Dallas Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating critical missing person, Rodney Buchanan.  Mr. Buchanan was last seen on July 10, 2017, at about 1:00 p.m. in the 3200 Block of West Pentagon Parkway.  He is described as a 50- year old Black male with a bald head and brown eyes.  He is about 5’8” tall and weighs 190 pounds; there is no clothing description at this time.
