INDECENCY WITH CHILD-CONTACT

On July 20, 2017, the Dallas Police Department arrested 53-year-old Donald Lee Sparks for Indecency with a Child by Contact.  The victim in this incident is an 11 year old female child.

Sparks was transported to the Dallas County Jail where he is being held on warrant number F-1776058, with a bond of $100,000.  This offense is reported on Case Number 163252-2017.  This investigation remains ongoing.
