One year ago, on July 25, 2016, at approximately 2:00 a.m., the victim, Cassandra Subi, a Black female 19 years-old, was shot and killed in the parking lot after leaving a restaurant and lounge located at 9220 Skillman Street.  Several suspects, in two different vehicles, began shooting at each other and the victim was caught in the crossfire.  The Dallas Police Department is asking that anyone with information regarding this murder to please contact Detective T.
