Congratulations to Sergeant Robert Proctor #6825 for being named July’s Officer of the Month. Sergeant Proctor is a 25-year veteran of the Dallas Police Department and is currently assigned to the Communications Division.  In a letter to the Meritorious Conduct Board, Lieutenant Chuck Young wrote, “I have learned that Sergeant Proctor is a go-to-guy and will tackle any task presented to him without question. He is a pleasure to supervise.” Sergeant Proctor has been recognized throughout his career with over 40 commendations describing his great attitude, great arrests, compassion for others and use of teamwork. These are just some of the characteristics that make Sergeant Proctor an exemplary officer.
