On July 31, 2017 at approximately 9:37 p.m., Dallas Police responded to a shooting call at Veterans Drive and 56TH Street. Upon arrival, officers discovered the victim, Dyandre Bowen, a Black male 36- year-old deceased from gunshot wounds.
