Update 09/11/2017 at 1:09 a.m.:  Critical Missing Francisco Cabello-Rodriguez, has been located.

The Dallas Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a critical missing 87-year-old male.

On Saturday, September 9, 2017, at approximately 1:30p.m., Francisco Cabello-Rodriguez was last seen at the 2900 block of Ruidosa Avenue. Francisco Cabello-Rodriguez is a Hispanic male 5’6 inches tall, weighs 145 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Mr. Cabello-Rodriguez was last seen wearing a blue shirt, tan pants with a tan hat. Francisco Cabello-Rodriguez is on foot and has been diagnosed with dementia. When contacted, Mr. Cabello-Rodriguez might seem confused and disoriented. He does not have a phone and goes around the city to collect cans.
