Dallas Police Department is still seeking the Public’s assistance in this Homicide Investigation. One year ago on September 09, 2016 at approximately 11:50 p.m., an unknown suspect entered the Pupuseria Victoria Restaurant located at 515 N. Carroll Avenue and shot the victim during the commission of a robbery. The victim died as a result of her injuries. On September 9, 2016, at approximately 11:50 p.m., the victim, Victoria Polanco, a Latin female 51-years-old, was shot and killed during a robbery at the “Pupuseria Victoria Restaurant” located at 515 N.
