Homicide Detectives Ask for Public’s Assistance In Homicide Investigation

Dallas Police Department is still seeking the Public’s assistance in this Homicide Investigation.  One year ago on September 09, 2016 at approximately 11:50 p.m., an unknown suspect entered the Pupuseria Victoria Restaurant located at 515 N. On September 9, 2016, at approximately 11:50 p.m., the victim, Victoria Polanco, a Latin female 51-years-old, was shot and killed during a robbery at the “Pupuseria Victoria Restaurant” located at 515 N.
