The Dallas Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in gathering information about a fatal hit and run. On July 2, 2017, at 5:01 p.m., an unknown vehicle struck a female pedestrian in the parking lot of the 7-11 which is located at 15050 Preston Road.  The unknown make and model of vehicle fled the location, traveling south bound through adjacent business parking lots.  There is no description of the driver.  The video shows the vehicle pulling away from the gas pumps and hits the pedestrian, trapping her under the suspect vehicle for a short distance. This offense is documented on case number 150079-2017.
