The Dallas Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating critical missing person Joseph Bernard Williams.
On October 12, 2017 at about 10:00 p.m., Joseph Bernard Williams was last seen on foot in the 800 block of Morrell Ave., Dallas, TX. Mr. Williams is described as a Black male, 70 years old, 5’ 10” tall, weighs 150 lbs, with brown hair, brown eyes, and is diagnosed with Dementia. Mr. Williams was last seen wearing a green and blue shirt, green shorts, and blue cap.
