One year ago, on October 16, 2016, at approximately 4:46 a.m., the victim was involved in a physical confrontation with a group of males at 4310 Malcolm X Boulevard in the rear parking lot of Club Pinky.  An unknown black male produced a firearm and shot and killed the complainant. On October 16, 2016, at approximately 4:46 a.m., the victim, Demarcus Washington, a 34-year-old Black male, was involved in a physical confrontation with a group of males in the 4300 block of S. Malcolm X Boulevard.  The confrontation occurred in the rear parking lot of Club Pinky. Through the course of the investigation, it was determined that an unknown black male produced a firearm then shot and killed the victim.
