Victim, Kevin Liggins

On October 28, 2017, at approximately 1:15 a.m., Dallas police responded to a call at 2025 Lagow St. The victim, Kevin Liggins, a 28-year old Black male was found inside a vehicle suffering from several gunshot wounds. The victim was transported to an area hospital where he later died from his injuries. Anyone with information regarding this offense is encouraged to contact Det.
